Privacy Policy
Last updated October 1, 2026. This policy covers neuropath.blog and the products NeuroPath LLC (“we”) sells there.
What we collect
When you buy, Stripe collects your payment details on our behalf; we never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email address, billing country and order details. If you email us, we keep that conversation.
How we use it
To deliver your purchase, send your receipt and download, answer support questions, prevent fraud and unauthorized sharing, and keep the business records the law requires. We don’t sell or rent your information.
Who processes it for us
Stripe (payments), Resend (order emails), Vercel (website hosting) and Hostinger (domain and email). Each handles data only to provide its service to us.
Analytics and cookies
We may use aggregate, privacy-friendly traffic statistics from our host to see which pages people visit. We don’t use advertising cookies on this site. Stripe sets cookies on its checkout pages for security and fraud prevention. The site remembers a promo code for your visit in your browser’s session storage.
Client data in the Toolkits
The ABA Data & Graphing Toolkit runs entirely on your own computer. Data you enter in it never reaches us.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require (generally seven years). You can ask us to delete anything we aren’t required to keep.
Your choices
Write to support@neuropathlabs.com to see, correct or delete your information, or to ask any question about this policy.
Children
Our products are sold to adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
