Terms of Sale & License

Last updated September 30, 2026. These terms apply to digital products sold on neuropath.blog, including Calm Nights, the Sleep Around the World guides and the NeuroPath Toolkits, by NeuroPath LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (“NeuroPath”, “we”).

1. Educational information only

Our guides and tools provide general educational information and data templates. The Calm Nights guides cover infant sleep and behavior. They are not medical, psychological or clinical advice, and they are not a diagnosis or treatment plan for any child. Information about practices in other countries is descriptive only and is not a recommendation; some of those practices differ from US safe-sleep guidance.

2. No professional relationship

Buying or reading a guide does not create a physician–patient, BCBA–client or any other professional relationship with NeuroPath or its authors.

3. Talk to your pediatrician

Always get advice from your child’s pediatrician or another qualified health professional before changing your child’s sleep, feeding or care, and whenever you have a concern. Seek emergency care for breathing problems or any urgent concern. Follow the American Academy of Pediatrics safe-sleep recommendations.

4. Your choices are your own

You are responsible for how you use the information and for your child’s care and safety. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

5. License

Your purchase grants one household (for Calm Nights guides) or one individual clinician (for Toolkits) a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the guide. You may print it for your own use. You may not resell, share, upload, publish, distribute or reproduce it in whole or in part, or use a parenting guide for commercial or clinical purposes. Toolkits may be used in your own clinical work but not shared with other clinicians or sold. Each copy is uniquely marked to its purchaser, and unauthorized copies can be traced to the original order. We may end the license and pursue remedies for unauthorized distribution.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally: an instant download after payment and a copy sent to the email you give at checkout. Download links on the confirmation page work for 30 days.

7. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Because guides are delivered instantly as digital downloads, all sales are final except where the law requires otherwise. If a file won’t open or didn’t arrive, reply to your receipt email and we’ll fix it or refund you.

8. Discounts and add-ons

Promotion codes (such as SLEEPTIME) apply once per order, can’t be combined unless stated, and may end at any time. Add-on guides are discounted only when bought in the same order as Calm Nights.

9. Accuracy

We work to keep the guides accurate and current (last reviewed September 2026), but guidance and research change. Sources are cited so you can check them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuroPath and its members, authors and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of a guide, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it. The guides are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

11. Privacy

We use your name and email to deliver your order, provide support and prevent unauthorized sharing. We don’t sell your information. Stripe and our email provider process it on our behalf.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
